
Developing Comprehensive Program Evaluation Plans

This skill-building course will help participants learn to develop a comprehensive evaluation plan, including the following components: evaluation stakeholders & purpose; program background & description; evaluation design & methods; and dissemination & utilization plan.
Through hands-on activities, you will practice the planning activities that contribute to development of the plan components, such as developing a logic model, identifying and prioritizing evaluation questions, developing an evaluation design matrix, and developing a dissemination plan. Emphasis will be placed on engaging stakeholders and considering the context throughout the entire process.
