Emily’s work as a data analyst at the Evaluation Center involves providing consultation, technical support, and capacity building around quantitative data collection, analysis, visualization, and dissemination across various Center projects. Emily is committed to understanding the story behind the data, and she approaches her work using multi-level systems thinking and a social justice and structural systems lens.
Before joining the Evaluation Center, Emily led the evaluations of two federally-funded grant programs where she oversaw complex program evaluations and supported the implementation and sustainability of regional initiatives in Southern Illinois. Emily has experience working with programs targeting youth and adult substance use & mental health, child maltreatment & healthy child development, and parenting support & education.
Emily enjoys being outdoors, visiting local coffee shops, and spending time with her family and her two chi-weenies.
