Lexie Walsh, MSW

Evaluation Manager

Lexie is the evaluation and client services manager at the Evaluation Center. Lexie has worked with organizations, coalitions, and collective impact initiatives to build and implement evaluations that support learning, growth, and communication. She has extensive experience in program and systems-level evaluation, evaluation capacity-building, project management, and effective dissemination and reporting. Lexie leads training and educational opportunities on evaluation planning and qualitative data collection.

Lexie also has experience in direct social work practice, curriculum development, and small- and large-group facilitation. She stays connected to her direct practice roots through volunteer work at the YWCA Metro St. Louis. Prior to joining the Evaluation Center, she served as a medical case manager for individuals living with HIV/AIDS in the Philadelphia area.

Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Lexie has great appreciation for a good cheesesteak. She enjoys baking, cooking, and exploring outdoors.
