Missy is a senior data analyst for the Evaluation Center. She works on the United Way Comprehensive Needs Assessment and the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri: Bridging Boys from Risk to Resiliency projects. In addition, Missy provides overall guidance, support, and capacity building around quantitative data collection and analysis approaches for all Center projects.
Before joining the Evaluation Center, Missy worked as a statistician at WU School of Medicine leading analyses related to policy and social media influences on substance use and mental health. She is especially interested in community programs that aim to better the mental and physical well-being of vulnerable populations, including youth and the elderly.
In her free time, Missy loves to cheer on her kids at their sports games, play volleyball, and attempt to train her Goldendoodle in agility and diving dog.
