Workshop Description
Looking to learn how to utilize Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze program data? This workshop is ideal for beginners looking to build a solid foundation in Microsoft Excel and is suitable for individuals involved in entry-level data analysis and data management in their daily work, or those looking to gain experience in these areas.
We will discuss when Excel is appropriate as a data management tool, best practices for use, and how to take full advantage of features such as conditional formatting, functions, and PivotTables. Additionally, we will provide resources for further learning.
No prior experience with Microsoft Excel is required for this course. However, participants should have a basic familiarity with using a computer and Microsoft products (such as Word and PowerPoint) and an understanding of fundamental computer concepts.
