Project Description
Background
Covenant Place is a community for older adults in mid-St. Louis County that offers housing, programs, and services such as housekeeping, wellness programs, community meals, transportation, banking, entertainment, and on-site medical care. From 2016-2019, Covenant Place has constructed 2 of 3 three planned new buildings, providing affordable, accessible, universally designed housing for its residents. While planning for the programs and services to include in the new facility, they wanted to incorporate an evaluation plan to aid them in guiding program development and evaluation.
