Overview
The Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) team at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis initiated a strategic planning process to update their mission, strategic goals, activities, and performance indicators and outcomes. The Evaluation Center partnered with the CRA team to develop their logic model.
Project Description
Background
The Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) team at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis works to broaden the understanding of the CRA to increase utilization in low to moderate income communities throughout the Eighth District. The CRA team builds strategic alliances with financial institutions, community economic development practitioners, government officials, and policymakers. They work with CRA examiners and bankers on financial capability issues affecting low to moderate income communities.
