Overview
GreaterHealth Pharmacy & Wellness is a radically inclusive, culturally responsive, free-delivery pharmacy in St. Louis. Focused on providing quality patient-centered care, their goal is to improve St. Louis’s health and revolutionize health care for historically underserved communities.
The Evaluation Center partnered with GreaterHealth to facilitate qualitative data collection and analysis training, which GreaterHealth will use to conduct community listening sessions. Additionally, we developed an organizational evaluation plan to help guide the evaluation process with the goal of evaluating the outcomes of GreaterHealth and their impact on the St. Louis community.
Project Description
Background
As part of the Delmar DivINe initiative, GreaterHealth Pharmacy & Wellness launched in 2022. As a community-based pharmacy, GreaterHealth is located in the 62113 ZIP code and provides services to St. Louis City and St. Louis County. Informed by the perceived lack of access to quality care, GreaterHealth aims to increase access to pharmaceutical and other services to community members in the neighborhood. Additionally, GreaterHealth strives to revolutionize the way programs approach, talk about, and treat health care for historically underserved communities.
