Overview
Memory Care Home Solutions focuses on extending and improving quality time at home for families caring for loved ones with memory loss, dementia, or Alzheimer’s disease. They offer a range of services, including caregiver training and in-home consultations.
The Evaluation Center is partnering with Memory Care Home Solutions to develop an evaluation plan, including a logic model and evaluation questions.
Project Description
Background
Memory Care Home Solutions (MCHS) supports families who are caring for loved ones with memory loss, dementia, or Alzheimer’s disease. They provide customized caregiver training and in-home consultation, outreach and education, and geriatric care counseling.
Like many nonprofit organizations, MCHS was already using data to demonstrate program effectiveness and wanted to strengthen and expand its evaluation efforts.
