Overview

The Evaluation Center partnered with Missouri ZIP Health Rankings to develop an evaluation plan and an end-user survey that would apply to future iterations of the program.
Project Description
Background

The Brown School Evaluation Center collaborated with Missouri ZIP Health Rankings to develop a logic model and evaluation plan to guide in program planning and evaluation efforts, as well as an end-user survey of the prototype data display platform.
