Evaluation Coordinator

Neco is an Evaluation Coordinator at the Evaluation Center, where he currently plays a role in supporting the evaluation of Here and Next, Washington University’s 10-year strategic plan.

Neco is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Psychological and Brain Sciences at Washington University. His dissertation centers around the critical topic of college adjustment, particularly in non-traditional situations, such as those resulting from the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Before joining the Evaluation Center, Neco worked with both the Office of the Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs and Diversity and the Office of Research and Analytics within the Division of Student Affairs, deepening his understanding of Washington University and the students, faculty, and staff he serves.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Neco enjoys a variety of activities, including cooking, gardening, and photography. He also enjoys exploring the diverse hiking trails, parks, and outdoor markets that Missouri has to offer.
